CAROLINA CABLE TV EXPANSION IN NORTHEASTERN ORANGE COUNTY <br />To approve Carolina Cable's status report. Carolina Cable <br />did obtain approval from Durham County for a cable TV corridor through <br />Durham County for the purpose of accessing several subdivisions in <br />Northeastern Orange County. <br />K. ANIMAL SHELTER PROMISSORY NOTE <br />To approve and authorize the Chair to sign a contract and <br />promissory note between the Animal Protection Society (APS) of Orange <br />County, INC. and Orange County which affirms the commitment of the <br />$61,031 contribution from APS for the expansion of the Animal Shelter <br />
