121 <br />Adopted this 6 day of August, 1990. <br />CHAPEL HILL HIGH SCHOOL PHASE I <br />CHAPEL HILL- CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the <br />following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the initial phase of <br />construction of classrooms and support areas at Chapel Hill <br />High School. The project will be financed by bond proceeds. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br />with the project within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this <br />project. <br />Bond Proceeds $5,172,962 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Chapel Hill High School $5,172,962 <br />Project - Phase I <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Chapel Hill High <br />School Phase I Capital Project Ordinances. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption <br />until June 30, 1992. <br />Adopted this 6 day of August, 1990. <br />E. FOREST SERVICE CONTRACT <br />To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the renewal of the <br />annual agreement between Orange County and the Department of <br />Environment, Health and Natural Resources. <br />F. APPROVAL OF THE TITLE III -B AND D CONTRACT <br />To approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Title III -B <br />& D Older Americans Act (Social Services /Senior Center Operations) <br />contract with the Triangle J Council of Governments effective July 1, <br />1990 through June 30, 1991 for federal /state funds in the amount of <br />$140,775. County matching funds would not increase over previous years. <br />G. BOARD OF E & R MINUTES <br />To approve the Board of Equalization and Review minutes for <br />the June 26, 1990 meeting. All minutes for the 1990 session of the <br />Board of E & R are in the minute book marked accordingly in the Clerk's <br />
