RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RODERICK VISSER AND JOHN M.LINK,JR TO <br />SIGN AND PRE -AUDIT ALL COUNTY <br />FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS <br />WHERE AS, Ellen G. Liston has resigned, effective June 30, <br />1990, and will no longer be authorized to sign <br />County financial instruments. <br />WHERE AS, The County needs other authorized persons to sign <br />and pre -audit it's financial instruments in the <br />absence of the Finance Director. <br />WHERE AS, G.S. 159 -28a of the North Carolina General <br />Statutes permits County Officials to perform the <br />signature and pre -audit functions only if <br />designated as Deputy Finance Officer by the <br />governing board. <br />WHERE AS, Appropriate bonding is in place to cover the <br />County Officials being recommended for signatory <br />authority. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Roderick Visser and John <br />M.
