(For SSBC add; and who are <br />not eligible for Respite Care through the <br />North Carolina Medicaid Program.) <br />UNIT OF SERVICE; <br />One (1 ) hour. <br />SERVICE OBJECTIVE: <br />To provide relief time far unpaid <br />caregivers who are caring for patients <br />who require constant supe�for p and who <br />cannot be left alone either because of <br />memory impairment or other problems that <br />make them subject to wandering or make <br />them dangerous to themselves or others, <br />or because of physical immobility <br />regardless of etiology, <br />unsafe alone that renders them <br />.
