(For SSBC add; and who are not eligible for Respite Care through the North Carolina Medicaid Program.) UNIT OF SERVICE; One (1 ) hour. SERVICE OBJECTIVE: To provide relief time far unpaid caregivers who are caring for patients who require constant supe�for p and who cannot be left alone either because of memory impairment or other problems that make them subject to wandering or make them dangerous to themselves or others, or because of physical immobility regardless of etiology, unsafe alone that renders them .
