ORANGE COUNTY C.A.T. CAT #13, Lic. 91940 -P, VIN CPL3273325257 <br />SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF County of Orange <br />1. To provide all gas, maintenance, repairs and insurance (liabili- <br />ty/collision--minimum of 90% of replacement cost) on leased ve- <br />hicles. <br />2. To operate and schedule the use of the leased vehicle(s) on be- <br />half of human service clients and approved groups, according to <br />the Orange County Transportation Board policy and procedures. <br />3. To allow C.A.T. program agencies access (time- /ridesharing) to <br />leased vehicle(s) when not scheduled for use at a rate esta- <br />blished by the Orange County Transportation Board and approved <br />by the County Commissioners. <br />4. To complete all required vehicle operation reports and submit <br />to the Orange County C.A.T.
