EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br />section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the renovation and <br />expanding of the Emergency Management Building on <br />New Hope Church Road. The project will be <br />financed by bond proceeds. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br />proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br />this project: <br />Bond Funds <br />$280,000 <br />section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br />project: <br />Emergency Management Building $280,000 <br />Improvements Project <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Emergency <br />Management Building Improvements Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date <br />of adoption until June 30, 1992. <br />Adopted this 26 day of June, 1990. <br />s <br />a <br />3a <br />
