Your letter indicates that a <br />Class B private road has been approved by the Planning <br />Board. We look forward to reviewing a RMA. You also <br />indicated the Planning Board placed additional <br />conditions on Concept Plan approval including submittal <br />of documents for our review, which documents will <br />insure maintenance of the proposed recreation area and <br />a provision in Planning's declaration providing that <br />all lots receive access from the private road. We also <br />suggest that Planning's declaration prohibit further <br />division of the lots in the subdivision as should be <br />the case with any subdivision approved with private <br />roads.
