NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br />A� <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Eddie Kirk, Planner <br />FROM: Warren Faircloth, Erosion Control Supervisor <br />SUBJECT: International Real Estate Services Subdivision <br />DATE: March 29, 1990 <br />This subdivision meets the Ordinance requirements for stormwater <br />management by creating large lots and retaining a buffer of <br />vegetation around the perimeter of each lot to absorb and filter <br />runoff. If the open area in the subdivision is cropland a per- <br />manent cover of vegetation will have to be established to meet <br />the requirements above. <br />Since construction of the new road will exceed 20,000 square <br />feet, an erosion control plan must be submitted and approved <br />before construction begins. <br />-E ice. <br />n <br />V <br />
