ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT 14 <br />' 306F REVERE ROAD <br />HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br />lr , <br />." <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Eddie Kirk, Planner II <br />FROM: Warren Faircloth, Erosion Control Supervisor <br />SUBJECT: North Trails Subdivision <br />DATE: April 24, 1990 <br />This subdivision meets the Ordinance requirements for stormwater <br />runoff by having large wooded lots and retaining a buffer around <br />the perimeter of each lot to filter and absorb runoff. <br />Since there is an existing driveway that I assume will be ex- <br />tended and upgraded to a Class B Private Road it does not appear <br />that an erosion control plan is required. However, if the amount <br />of disturbance will exceed 20,000 square feet an erosion control <br />plan must be submitted and approved and a grading permit obtained <br />before any disturbance begins. <br />WPDK3: 4- 24- 90.JWf <br />
