All agency comments that have been received are 2 <br />attached. The Health Department has approved sites on <br />each lot for sewage disposal systems. <br />The County Attorney has reviewed and approved the Road <br />Maintenance Agreement. It is recommended that the <br />restrictive covenants restrict access to the lots in <br />the subdivision to the private road. This has been <br />added as a condition in the Resolution of Approval. <br />NCDOT has approved the preliminary plan and has <br />indicated a driveway permit will be required. <br />The Orange Soil and Water Conservation District <br />indicates the site contains Georgeville soil. This <br />soil has slight limitations for building site <br />development and moderate limitations for septic tank <br />absorption fields. <br />In their May 21 meeting, the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the preliminary plan for North <br />Trails through the attached Resolution of Approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval per the <br />Planning Board recommendation. <br />c <br />i <br />
