Eno
Cemetery Road intersects with Carr Store Road (SR
1352) just north of Lake Orange. The property is
13.39 acres in size with six (6) lots proposed. Lot
sizes range from 1.79 to 3.13 acres with an average
lot size of 2.23 acres. Each lot would have
individual wells and septic tanks.
A private Class B road (Blythe Court) is proposed to
serve the six lots. A private road justification has
been submitted. This road would be approximately 750
feet in length and extend west from Eno Cemetery Road.
A 1988 traffic count on Eno Cemetery Road indicated
300 trips per day.
The Concept Plan for this subdivision was approved by
the Planning Board on February 19, 1990 with a Class B
private road. The plan was titled Property of Beverly
Blythe and approved with one condition:
1. Restrictive Covenants shall be submitted which
prohibit further subdivision.
