ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT 20 <br />306F REVERE ROAD <br />HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 <br />[ED <br />A <br />f • <br />Memo To: Emily Crudup, Current Planning Div. <br />Memo From: Keith Rosemond, Erosion Control Div. <br />Date: April 20, lg9O <br />Subject: Field investigation of Tanglewood Acres <br />My site inspection of Tanglewood Acres on April 19, 1090 <br />indicated to me that the following Drainage Easements should be <br />required: <br />'(1) The drainage easement on lots ?,4, and 5 should be the same as <br />the 100' Stream Buffer. <br />(2) On lot 4 a minimum drainage easement (15' on either side of the <br />Channel) should be included for the spring shown as "drain" on <br />the plat. <br />(3) On lot 6 the drainageway west of proposed Cheng Court should have <br />a drainage easement on either side of the lowest part of the draw. <br />I think that 15' on either side of the middle of this draw would <br />be sufficient, but if you disagree, we can discuss the matter. <br />This drainage easement should also be shown on lot 3 down to <br />where it would intersect with the 100' foot stream buffer. <br />
