WELLS, P.E. <br />STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATOR <br />This is to advise that the subject preliminary plan has been <br />reviewed by this office. In order for "Storey Lane" to be <br />considered for addition to the State system as an unpaved <br />road, the following conditions must be met: <br />1. Construction of Storey Lane must meet State standards. <br />This includes an 18' travelwav and a 38' minimum ditch to <br />ditch width. <br />2. Right -of -way must be available. if the R/W is recorded, it <br />must have been recorded rJa for to October 1. 1975 and must <br />be recorded PUBLIC. <br />3. Road must serve at least four (4) occupied homes. <br />4.
