A 100 -foot stream buffer provided to protect the <br />larger spring, adjacent slopes, and rock <br />outcrops. <br />Agency comments are included in the agenda. Conditions <br />have been added to the Resolution of Approval where <br />necessary to meet agency concerns. <br />On May 21, 1990, the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the Preliminary Plan for Tanglewood Acres <br />Subdivision according to the attached Resolution of <br />Approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Preliminary Plan for Tanglewood Acres as per the <br />Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
