STANFORD /OHS -D WING /STANBACK <br />ORANGE COUNTY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for classroom additions <br />and building improvements at C.W. Stanford Junior <br />High, Orange High and A.L. Stanback Middle <br />School. The project will be financed by bond <br />proceeds and an appropriation from the School <br />Capital Reserve Fund. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br />proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br />this project: <br />Bond Proceeds $ 417,924 <br />Transfer from School Capital <br />Reserve Fund 150,000 <br />Total Revenue $ 567,924 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this <br />project: <br />Stanford /OHS -D Wing /Stanback $ 567,924 <br />Project <br />Section S. This ordinance supersedes all previous <br />Stanford /OHS -D Wing /Stanback Capital Project <br />ordinances. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall be in effect from the date <br />of adoption until June 30, 1991. <br />Adopted this 26 day of June, 1990. <br />F <br />r <br />/! <br />
