As You can see, <br />the light green covers those area we have already built. <br />The light blue covers the area currently under construction <br />and the yellow shows the areas to be built pending makeready <br />with the various phone and power, companies and approval For <br />a corridor through Durham. <br />We intend to ask Durham for a limited Franchise solely for <br />the purpose Of providing a corridor through Durham via <br />Cbeneaer Church Road to Craig Road, so as to access San Reba <br />Woods and Maple Ridge Trailer Park. The other corridor <br />would be along Guess Road From the intersection OF Walker's <br />Farm to the road leading into the Orange County portion of <br />Fox Run. <br />We plan to be under way and hope to serve these areas as <br />soon as possible with completion expected within 6 months. <br />We are not able to promise a more definite data since we <br />have not yet completed all of the engineering, make ready <br />nor have we Obtained the need permission From Durham County. <br />Additional lead time problems involving weather, and <br />materials might also increase: the time until completion. <br />I hope this answers your questions <br />call me with any other- questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Randy Houser <br />General Manager <br />Please Feel Free to <br />
