4 <br />Orange County Land Records System <br />Page 6 <br />7 <br />COUNTY and TOWN agree to establish a mutually <br />approved plan of data capture to obtain the following <br />specific information: <br />Zoning Districts <br />Land Use Areas <br />Historical Districts <br />Floodway and Floodfringe boundaries <br />Building Footprints <br />Property Addresses <br />3.5 Application Development. <br />As stated in that MEMORANDUM of February 6, 1990 from <br />Roscoe Reeve to TOWN, the COUNTY will provide application <br />development assistance to TOWN within the capabilities of <br />its resources and expertise. COUNTY will assist, at any <br />time, with the identifying of available resources and <br />services for TOWN's application needs. Application <br />ownership is subject to those conditions of 90 —POIOI <br />(ARTICLE 20). COUNTY will plan with TOWN on the <br />allocation of VENDOR application support as stated in 90— <br />P0101 (ARTICLE 17), and within the stated limitations. <br />TOWN may seek and use any application support services it <br />wishes to develop its 6IS capabilities. Upon request, <br />TOWN will provide COUNTY with any application it develops <br />or has developed by an outside vendor, free of cost, with <br />COUNTY responsible for the medium of obtaining said <br />from ROSCOE E REEVE — VERSION 2 08:40:46 08 MAY 1990 <br />
