Quantity, description, and unit price. <br />14 <br />ESRI is a value added ard� s 5 such, � selling hardware to <br />any user who does not p hESRI�fware he County acknowledges ES RT <br />representations in this regard. <br />ARTICLE 9 - INCLUDED PARTIES <br />ESRI will accept orders and furnish the materials specified in the Attachments to other <br />governmental agencies such as county and city agencies and universities, etc., all within the <br />County of Orange, at the same price and under the same terms and conditions. <br />ARTICLE 10 - PRICING <br />ESRI is subject to hardware vendors' price fluctuations; therefore, all hardware prices will be <br />quoted firm for sixty to ninety days upon written request ESRI will provide the software <br />specified in Appendix A at the prices specified. <br />ESRI will provide the hardware specified in Appendix B. ESRI will provide services as <br />specified in Appendix C at current list price. New software, hardware, services, and prices may <br />be added to the Appendixes upon mutual agreement of the parties. Prices stated are exclusive of <br />shipping, installation, training, and tax, unless otherwise specified. <br />ARTICLE 11 - DELIVERY <br />ESRI will make reasonable efforts to deliver as specified in the Appendixes. For hardware <br />orders, the ordering parry shall confirm delivery dates with ESRTs Hardware Manager prior to <br />placing orders. <br />ARTICLE 12 - TERMS OF COMPENSATION <br />12,E <br />Software and hardware will be invoiced fifty percent (50 %) upon delivery and fifty percent <br />(50 %) upon installation. <br />A90- P010l/BB -7- <br />
