1`y <br />CULBRETH JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL <br />CHAPEL HILL- CARRBORO CITY SCHOOLS <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 149 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />section 1. The project authorized is for construction of <br />classrooms at Culbreth Junior High School. The <br />project will be financed by bond proceeds. <br />section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to <br />proceed with the project within the budget <br />contained herein. <br />section 3. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 5. <br />section 6. <br />The following revenue is anticipated to complete <br />this project: <br />Bond Proceeds <br />$ 435,964 <br />The following amount is appropriated for this <br />project: <br />Culbreth Junior High School $ 435,964 <br />This ordinance supersedes all previous Culbreth <br />Junior High School Capital Project Ordinances. <br />This ordinance shall be in effect from the date <br />of adoption until June 30, 1991. <br />Adopted this 26 day of June, 1990. <br />V <br />a <br />
