The objective <br />was to identify the most feasible solid waste <br />collection method available to Orange County, <br />including financing options. This report provides an <br />analysis of the alternatives and recommendations. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Receive report as information and provide guidance to <br />staff on plan of action. <br />
