ME <br />Ordinance. <br />9. Cluster mailboxes shall be provided close to the <br />entrance as approved by the Hillsborough <br />Postmaster on May 3, 1990. <br />10. There shall be at least two (2) parking spaces <br />per mobile home unit in the development. <br />11. The roads in the mobile home park shall be paved, <br />all weather surfaces consisting of four (4) <br />inches of base material (crusher run) and one and <br />one -half (1 -1/2) inches of 1 -2 asphalt or tar and <br />gravel surface treatment consisting of a minimum <br />of six (6). inches of base material (crusher run) <br />covered with alternating layers of tar and pea - <br />size gravel. <br />12. Each mobile home space shall have a permanent <br />site number sign. The number shall be composed <br />of reflective materials or contrasting colors, <br />shall be at least six (6) inches or greater in <br />height, and shall be affixed to the mobile home <br />at a point six (6) feet or more above ground <br />level. The number shall be affixed to the mobile <br />home when the unit is placed on the space and <br />shall match that number assigned to the space on <br />the approved space numbering /location system <br />plan. <br />13. Removal of snow and ice from the roads in the <br />development and the sidewalks within the <br />development shall be the responsibility of the <br />owner of the park. Such removal shall be <br />completed promptly. <br />14. Prior to the start of any construction, the final <br />plans for the water system must be approved by <br />the Town of Hillsborough, the State and the <br />Orange County Engineer. The final plans for the <br />sewage system must also be approved by the Town <br />of Hillsborough, the State and the Orange County <br />Engineer prior to the start of construction. <br />15. Water and sewer lines shall be installed and <br />approved prior to the issuance of an occupancy <br />permit. <br />16. The project must remain in unitary ownership and <br />no lots can be sold to individuals. <br />17. A final boundary survey of the Planned <br />Development and improvements shall be recorded by <br />the developer. <br />18. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br />incorporating all changes, deletions and <br />additions through the final approval of the <br />project are incorporated herein and made a part <br />M <br />
