Grant project ordinances are used to <br />authorize appropriations for the County's various grant <br />projects. The attached project ordinances will update <br />existing capital and grant projects and incorporate new <br />and /or additional funding for various projects included in <br />the 1990 -95 Capital Improvement Plan and the 1990 -91 <br />Orange County Budget. The attached project summary sheets <br />reflect the changes in funding between 1989 -90 and 1990- <br />91, and cover capital projects funded by bond proceeds <br />only, pay -as- you -go sources only, and by a combination of <br />these funding sources. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Adopt the proposed capital project and grant project <br />ordinances. <br />
