NORTH TRAILS - PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />The property is located in Cedar Grove Township on the west side <br />of Eno Cemetery Road. Six lots are proposed out of 13.39 acres. Each lot <br />will have individual wells and septic tanks. A private Class B road is <br />proposed to serve the six lots. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissione <br />Hartwell to approve the preliminary Plan for North Trails as per the <br />resolution of approval attached to these minutes on pages <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />I. INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES - PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />The property is located in Cheeks Township on the east side of <br />Mill Creek Road. Ten lots are proposed out of 15.7 acres. A public road <br />(Deer Chase Drive) will serve the subdivision. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by Commissione <br />Marshall to approve the preliminary plan for International Real Estate <br />Services as per the resolution of approval attached to these minutes on pages <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS . <br />J. PHASE II HARMONY ACRES _- PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />The property is located in Cedar Grove Township on the east side <br />of Harmony Church Road. Six lots are proposed out of 7.81 acres. A Class B <br />private road (Melody Circle) is proposed to serve the subdivision. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissione <br />Hartwell to approve the Preliminary Plan for Phase II Harmony Acres as per th <br />resolution of approval attached to these minutes on pages <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XI. APPOINTMENTS <br />The following appointments were approved by the Board: <br />ARTS COMMISSION - Donald R.
