12. This Agreement shall be reviewed at least annually, prior to 5 <br />March 1st and may be terminated by either party upon 60 days written <br />notice. <br />13. The Agreement contains the entire understanding of the <br />parties and shall not be altered, amended or modified, except by an <br />agreement in writing executed by the duly authorized officials of <br />both parties. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this contract <br />to be signed by its duly authorized officials. <br />
