r <br />ANIMAL SHELTER PROJECT <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br />Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital <br />project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the construction of an addition to <br />the existing Animal Shelter in Chapel Hill. The project will be <br />financed by bond proceeds, appropriations from the County Capital <br />reserve Fund, and a contribution from the Animal Protection <br />Society. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with th <br />project within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Bond Funds $300,000 <br />Transfer from County Capital <br />Reserve Fund 23,452 <br />Miscellaneous Revenue 61,031 <br />Total Revenue $384,483 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Animal Shelter Project $384,483 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Animal Shelter Capital <br />Project Ordinances <br />Section 6.
