LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement <br />of the 29th day of August, '1983 <br />LESSOR and Joint Orange - Chatham <br />TENANT, for space to be used as <br />nutrition site at the Southern <br />Hill, NC: <br />was made and entered into as <br />by and between Orange County, <br />Community Action, Inc., <br />a Community Center and a <br />3uman Services Center, Chapel <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the TENANT wish to renew the <br />lease agreement as amended. <br />NOW THEREFORE, LESSOR AND TENANT mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />I. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of one year commencing on July 1, 1990 and ending at <br />12:00 midnight on the day of June 30, 1991. <br />2.
