Wake Opportunities (Head Start); located at Northern <br />Human Services Center, Cedar Grove; <br />2.1 JOCCA -Cedar Grove Day Care; located at Northern Human <br />services Center, Cedar Grove; <br />3.) JOCCA- -- Nutrition site at Southern Human Services Center, <br />::nape l h iii . <br />4.1 Community School for People Under Six; located at <br />Soutnern Human Services Center, Chapel Hill. <br />BACKGROUND: These agencies operate day care services and nutrition <br />sites for seniors at the Northern as well as the Southern <br />Human Services Centers. They are on -going programs with <br />leases originating in 1983. Terms and conditions of each <br />lease remains the same. <br />fEuuMMENDA`IUN: To approve lease renewals for Wake Opportunities, <br />JOCCA, and Community School for People Under Six through June <br />30, ;9ti1; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the <br />Board. <br />
