LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NURTH UAROL'INA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />of the 5th day of July, '1985 by and between Efland Rescue <br />Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire.Company, Inc., LESSOR, Party <br />of the First Part, and Orange County, LESSEE, Party of the <br />Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit <br />Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of cne year commencing on July 1, 1990 and terminate <br />at '12:00 midnight on June 30, 1991. <br />2.
