The lessor is desirous this <br />arrangement to be continued under the same terms and <br />conditions. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To approve lease renewal with the Efland Volunteer <br />Fire Company, Inc., for use of the Rescue Unit Building, <br />commencing July 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991. <br />
