Y. RESOLUTION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE'S LAND RECORDS <br />MODERNIZATION MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM <br />To adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the participation <br />resolution of participation in the State's Land Records Modernization Matchin <br />Grant program as stated below. The resolution is required by the State and <br />qualifies the County to receive a grant award, on a matching basis, for the <br />remapping and GIS projects. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Orange County Board of Commissioners, that <br />it recognizes and appreciates the Land Records Management Program of the Stat <br />Department of Environmental Health & Natural Resources and its assistance to <br />counties through matching grants for the modernization of land records, and <br />desires to participate in their grant program for the 1990 --91 fiscal year. I <br />further agrees to abide by the agreements and contracts with the program that <br />are mutually adopted. <br />Z.
