Bids were solicited from twelve (12) vendors. <br />Originally only one bid was received. This bid was rejected, and <br />bids were re- solicited from the same twelve vendors. Bids were <br />then received from three vendors. A tabulation of the bid is <br />attached. <br />CARDINAL INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS of Raleigh, North Carolina submitted <br />the lowest responsible bid at a delivered cost of $29,297.79. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Award the bid to the low bidder, CARDINAL INTERNATIONAL TRUCKS <br />for a sum of $29,297.79 <br />
