10 <br />INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES <br />$ 2,350 HECC Membership -This is a membership which <br />allows the use of a multitude of old and new <br />educational software for computerized instruction. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES <br />$20,000 Clerical Support -This would add one position for <br />clerical duties in the Superintendents Office. <br />SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT <br />$ 4,550 Principal Supplement Plan -Would increase by 1% the <br />component of the plan based on State pay. <br />$21,900 Assistant Principal Added Employment -Two weeks <br />additional employment would be added to each of <br />our 10 Assistant Principals contracts. <br />BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES <br />$10,000 Custodian System Level -This position would be <br />half -time, used to fill -in for short periods at <br />all locations in the absence of regular <br />custodians. <br />$18,000 Electrical Helper -This position would assist our <br />licensed electrician and greatly improve his <br />efficiency which would reduce the need for <br />contract work. <br />$16,000 Transportation Clerical Assistant -This position <br />would allow a shift of duties out of the <br />principals offices to allow them to concentrate on <br />instructional duties. <br />$10,000 Bus Driver Overtime -This would allow us to employ <br />current custodians, child nutrition workers and <br />others to drive a bus route which results in a <br />more stable group of drivers. <br />$ 1,000 Media Center Phone -All of our school media centers <br />except one have phone service. This item would <br />complete the installation of an extension phone in <br />that media center. <br />
