9 <br />$13,600 Occupational and Physical Therapy -We have had to <br />cut services in these areas and would like to have <br />local funds to bring services back to a minimum <br />satisfactory level. <br />CO- CURRICULAR PROGRAMS <br />$ 2,400 Band Director Added Employment -The band director <br />is needed for the many summer activities and we <br />are requesting one added month of employment. <br />EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PROGRAMS <br />$ 7,500 <br />School Incentive Program -One of our schools would <br />like to implement an incentive program to improve <br />student achievement under Senate Bill 2 options. <br />$33,000 <br />Classified Supplement Increase -We would like to <br />increase our supplement 1% to a total of 3 %'to <br />reward present staff and attract the best <br />employees possible. <br />$15,000 <br />Non - Tenured Teacher Supplement -We would like to <br />increase this supplement one -half percent to 2 <br />1/2% for first year teachers, 3% for second year <br />teachers, and 3 1/2% for third year teachers. <br />$42,500 <br />Tenured Teacher Supplement -We would like to <br />increase this supplement by one -half percent which <br />would total 5 1/2 %. <br />$ 3,000 Athletic Supplement Plan -This would allow the <br />addition of positions and upgrade of others. <br />$22,000 Dental Insurance -We would like to offer our <br />employees a split contribution dental plan with <br />optional dependent coverage at employee expense. <br />PUPIL SUPPORT SERVICES <br />512,500 Nurse -We need to add a half -time nurse to improve <br />student services. <br />S 1,773 Psychologist Added Employment -Two weeks would be <br />added to allow for completion of reports and files <br />during the summer. <br />
