11 <br />11 .5.3 The rates and multiples set forth for Additional Services shall be annually adjusted in accordance with normal salary review <br />X practices of the Architect, <br />ARTICLE 12 <br />OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br />(Insert descriptions of otber services, identify Additional Services included a rbill Basic Compensation and modifications to The Payment and connpensation Tenn$ <br />included in This Agreement.) <br />A. The construction cost budget for this project has been established at <br />$250,000. If the Owner increases the budget, for any reason, the fee <br />for the Architect shall,be increased on the same percentage basis as <br />for the original contract. <br />Should the amount of the low bids for construction exceed the amount <br />of the established budget, and the Owner -does not increase the budget, <br />the Architect shall do whatever is necessary to reduce the cost of the <br />project, to come within the budget amount, without additional fee. <br />The Owner will not request that construction alternates be designed, <br />that would cause the project cost to exceed the established budget, <br />without increasing the Architect's fees.on the same percentage basis <br />as the original contract;. using the estimated amounts of the alternates. <br />This clause is effective notwithstanding any other clauses, included <br />in the contract, to the contrary. <br />B.
