The cumulative totals for each <br />successive phase of development are also shown. Please note that <br />costs for developing the first section as a gravel road are <br />calculated to be $0, as the gravel roadway section already exists <br />in a more or less satisfactory condition. Except for the first <br />section, all development costs for gravel and paved roadway are <br />identical, except that the paved roadways use twice as much stone <br />or gravel and an asphalt surface. <br />If you have any questions or if I may provide any addition <br />information or clarification, please advise. <br />
