Jones <br />Fireworks Permit <br />May 14,1990 <br />Page 2 <br />TOWN INSURANCE: <br />Insurance of a general liability nature in the amount of one <br />million dollars has been confirmed by the Town's independent <br />insurer, the Associated Insurers, Inc. This additional insurance <br />above the Town's present policies will be bound very shortly. we <br />have only now instructed that our insurance bind the additional <br />coverage since they wished to receive a copy of the insurance <br />certificate from the fireworks company. However, the Associated <br />Insurers, Inc. has confirmed the insurance would definitely be <br />available through First Finance Insurance Company. Communication <br />as to the Town's insurance is attached. We will promptly send a <br />certificate of insurance for the Town as soon as the company <br />returns it to us. <br />As in the past please contact Richard E. Kinney, Recreation and <br />Parks Director at 968 -7703 for additional information or <br />clarification of any matters as presented. If the Board of .county <br />Commissioners wish that the Town have a representative to be <br />present at their meeting, please let us know. This has not been <br />the case in the past.
