Page 2 <br />.10 <br />Upon acceptance of an agreement between you and the County, <br />the County will provide specific property information (ie <br />owners name and address, legal description, deed references, <br />assessment value, etc.) without cost. In return, the participant <br />would agree to provide specific data that they acquire or <br />generate (building footprints, zoning, landuse, annexations, etc. <br />Provision of system maintenance: The County will provide basic <br />maintenance of the GIS digital data it provides. This includes <br />updates of data, updates of software if the participant chooses <br />secondary maintenance from ESRI, application support, coordinatio <br />of services by the hardware and software vendor such as training <br />and problem - solving, and system expertise. The County will be <br />considering a full -time application coordinator within 2 more <br />years. The County proposes a fee of 10% per tile cost per year <br />for those who wish a weekly data update, and 8% per the per year <br />for those who wish a monthly update of data. <br />We would be glad to meet with you and others to discuss this <br />proposal. All of this, of course.is subject to the approval of <br />our governing boards.
