COUNTY will not provide any <br />other ,jurisdiction or agency with a copy of TOWN's <br />applications without the specific written permission of <br />TOWN's designated system coordinator. COUNTY will provide <br />TOWN, upon request, with any developed or purchased <br />application for COUNTY, unless prohibited by law or agency <br />policy. <br />3. b Training. <br />COUNTY agrees to coordinate the training of TOWN <br />staff, on the use and care of system hardware and <br />software, subject to 90 —PO101 and conditions of the <br />hardware vendor. TOWN will pay COUNTY for all requested <br />training by VENDOR, and for any of its staff material or <br />travel costs. TOWN agrees not to install GIs <br />capabilities, within the scope of this Agreement, in any <br />office, without providing for the adequate training of <br />those staff who will use the system.
