Orange County Land Records System Page r <br />C. <br />3.3 Data Conversion. <br />(A) Data conversion will be governed by that certain <br />MEMORANDUM of February 6, 1990 from Roscoe Reeve to TOWN <br />(see Appendix A). <br />(B) Data obtained for the GIS system by TOWN or <br />COUNTY from an outside vendor, who's cost is equal to or <br />exceeds $1,000.00, will be offered to the other party for <br />1/3 the price of the desired data coverage, on a per -tile <br />basis. <br />(C) Data obtained from an outside vendor, who's cost <br />is less than $1 ►000.00 will be offered to the other party <br />for free, with the receiving party responsible for the <br />medium of data transfer. <br />3.4 Data Capture. <br />Digital data captured by either COUNTY or TOWN will <br />be provided free of charge, with the receiving party <br />responsible for the medium of data transfer, upon request, <br />EXCEPT► where such data is identified by the providing <br />party as confidential or requiring secrecy. COUNTY and <br />VENDOR will provide the means of data security and control <br />to TOWN.
