Orange County Land Records System Page 3 <br />responsible for those requirements of VENDOR under 90-- 4 <br />P0101, with which it disagrees. <br />(2) COUNTY agrees that TOWN will fully benefit from <br />any discount accorded by VENDOR to COUNTY as the result of <br />hardware and software purchases that are made for TOWN. <br />(3) COUNTY agrees to represent TOWN with VENDOR on <br />any hardware or software problems, within the requirements <br />of the maintenance or support contracts between COUNTY, <br />TOWN, and VENDOR. <br />3 STATEMENT OF MAINTENANCE — .SUPPORT. <br />3.1 Repair and Revision. <br />(A) Hardware and software repair, revision by VENDOR, <br />and System support services will primarily be governed by <br />90— P0101. TOWN may choose the support category of VENDOR <br />called "Primary" or "Secondary" <br />($) COUNTY will provide assistance on hardware or <br />software problems of TOWN according to its available <br />capabilities and expertise. <br />(C) COUNTY will assist TOWN in loading and testing <br />software revisions, unless VENDOR offers such service <br />under 90— P0101. <br />(D) Maintenance services for TOWN by COUNTY are more <br />particularly described in that MEMORANDUM of February 6, <br />from ROSCOE E REEVE — VERSION 2 08:40:45 08 MAY 1990 <br />
