ESRI shall coordinate the shipping, insurance, and delivery of the various hardware <br />components, including communication with the County regarding appropriate logistics. <br />d. The County shall provide appropriate insurance coverage for the equipment after <br />delivery. <br />e. ESRI shall provide an on -site specialist to interface the various hardware components, <br />coordinate with the hardware vendor representatives in performing the various acceptance <br />testing of each equipment component, and train the users in use of the hardware. <br />Acceptance of Equipment <br />Equipment shall be accepted by the County when ESRI and County shall jointly verify and <br />mutually agree. that the equipment is installed and operating in accordance with the manufacturers' <br />published. specifications, and that the equipment interfaces with the software described below in <br />such a manner as to fulfill the specifications described in Appendix B.b. <br />TASK 2 - Install Software <br />ESRI shall successfully install and test (on ESRI delivered hardware) all software outlined in <br />Appendix A of this Agreement. ESRI is responsible for interfacing of hardware only if such items <br />are identified in the current ESRI Equipment Interface Policy. <br />ESRI technical personnel will work on site with assigned County staff who will be trained to <br />maintain and support the software systems installed. <br />ESRI shall run a sample job to ensure that the programs are fully operational using Orange <br />County data set. <br />Deliverables <br />• ESRI software installed and tested on the computer system specified in Appendix B. <br />• Training and orientation of County technical personnel in installation and maintenance of <br />software <br />• One set of system documentation <br />Responsibilities <br />a. The County will provide the completed Client Information Profile to ESRI. The <br />installation date will not be finalized until ESRI has reviewed the profile. <br />b. ESRI will supply all materials for installation activities. <br />c. The County shall provide technical staff, as needed, including the County system <br />administrator, to work with ESRI's staff, install software, and learn basic maintenance <br />and management procedures for software (approximately 24 hours time during the period <br />A90- PO101/BB -4- 4/17/90 <br />
