REQUEST &_r gWASA TO FUND LAND ACQUISITION <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hartwell to forward a letter to OWASA suggesting a funding of <br />one - percent surcharge on the water bills of OWASA customers to be designate <br />as a line item in the OWASA 1990 -91 budget for the expressed purpose of <br />acquisition of land in the University Lake Watershed for water quality <br />protection. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />XI.
