Inc. <br />6 <br />licensed program or programs (except that, upon prior written approval of ESRI, such approval <br />not to be unreasonably withheld, County may retain a copy for archive purposes only), and <br />County shall represent in writing to ESRI that these steps have been taken. Within the same <br />applicable time period, County shall return all documentation, manuals, and related material <br />concerning the discontinued or terminated licensed program or programs to ESRI. <br />ARTICLE 4 - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE <br />ESRI shall commence work after execution of this Agreement and complete the work as <br />specified herein. ESRI shall generally adhere to the following schedule: <br />flIGI►�� <br />Execution-of Agreement <br />TASK 1 - Install Hardware Equipment <br />TASK 2 - Install Software <br />TASK 3 - Software Training <br />CONTRACTED PERIOD <br />EQR COMPLETION <br />Within 90 days (if possible - <br />vendor dependent) <br />Within 120 days <br />Within 150 days <br />ARTICLE 5 - STATEMENT OF TASKS <br />ESRI.shall perform three basic tasks as part of this effort. The tasks are: <br />1. Install and test all hardware listed in Appendix B at the County's office and train the <br />County's systems administrator in the use and operation of the hardware. <br />2. Install software listed in Appendix A. <br />3: Train users in use of ESRI- supplied software. <br />Each task is separately discussed below in association with the responsibilities of ESRI and <br />County and the deliverables to be provided. <br />TASK 1 - Installation of Equipment <br />ESRI shall install all equipment presented in Appendix B in the County's designated office <br />within 90 days (if possible) of execution of this Agreement. Installation dates may be changed by <br />mutual consent of ESRI and the County. This installation shall include unpacking, placement, and <br />successful interfacing and testing of equipment according to standard procedures associated with <br />each manufactured item of the system. <br />A90-P0101/BB -2- 4/17/90 <br />
