S <br />TAR AND RECORDS BUILDING PROJECT <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 149 of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina, the ordinance adopting the "Tax and Records <br />Building Project Ordinance" is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 3 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Transfer from County Capital $194,500 <br />Reserve <br />Bond Funds 20— 0.000 <br />Total $394,500 <br />Section 2. Section 4 of the above mentioned ordinance is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Tax and Records Building <br />Project $394,500 <br />Adopted this 4 day of June, 1990. <br />3 <br />
