A <br />L <br />INFORMATION NETWORKING PROJECT <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the <br />ordinance adopting the "Information Networking Project" is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />Section 1. <br />section 2. <br />2 <br />Section 3 of the above mentioned ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Transfer from County <br />Capital Reserve Fund $ 228,381 <br />Transfer from General Fund 13,000 <br />Charges for Services 9,000 <br />Total Revenues $ 250,381 <br />Section 4 of the above mentioned ordinance is amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Information Networking Project $ 250,381 <br />Total Appropriations $ 250,381 <br />Adopted this.4th day of June, 1990. <br />
