Box 3673 Chapel Hill, NC 27515 <br />NC, Inc. <br />DO <br />APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PHASING PLAN FOR <br />CHESTNUT OAKS SUBDIVISION <br />5-4 -90 <br />.As developer of Chestnut Oaks Subdivision, Habitat for Humanity <br />of Orange County hereby respectfully requests the Board of <br />Commissioners to amend the Phasing of the Chestnut Oaks preliminary <br />plan approved of February 16, 1988 as follows: <br />Phases III and IV to be combined as Phase III. Final Plat for <br />Phase III to be recorded within one year of the approval of this <br />request for amendment. See attached revised plat. <br />Gemena Road (shown on the preliminary plan as public) to be a <br />private road constructed to Orange County Class A Standards and <br />maintained by the Homeowners Association currently in place. See <br />attached Homeowners Association documents of incorporation, <br />restrictions and provisions for private road maintenance. <br />This request for an amended Phasing Plan is made pursuant to <br />Section III -D -2 -e of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Please see the attached statement of justification. <br />"Building Houses in Partnership with God's People in Need" <br />9 <br />
