SECTION III APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES III -C. APPROVAL PROCEDURES FOR MINOR SUBDIVISIONS III -C -1. Concept Plan Approval Prior to the submission of the Final Plat, the subdivider shall submit to the Planning Department two (2) copies of the Concept Plan of the proposed minor subdivision. The Concept Plan shall be prepared in accordance with the specifications for Concept Plan drawings as set forth in Section V -B of this Ordinance. The Concept Plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department which shall review the Concept Plan for general compliance with the requirements of this Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance, if applicable, including the resence of any sites identified in "An Inventor of Sites of Cultural Historic Recreational Biological and Geological Significance in the unincorporated-Portion of Orange County" and "Inventory of the Natural Areas and Wildlife Habitats of Orange COuntY, North Carolina" and The Planning Department shall advise the subdivider or his /her authorized agent of the regulations pertaining to the proposed subdivision, of any changes required in order to comply with the provisions of this Ordinance, and the procedures to be followed in the preparation and submission of the Final Plat. III -C -2. Application Re uirements Upon approval of the Concept Plan by the Planning Department, the subdivider may proceed with the preparation of the Final Plat.
