P.- . <br />vJ <br />SECTIOal IV -B -8 LANDSCAPING AND BUFFER REQUIREMENTS <br />• IV- B -8 -e -3 Schedule of Re uired Land Use Suffers <br />In addition to the Land Use Buffers specified in the <br />following schedule, buffers shall also be required on <br />subdivisions proposed adjacent to areas of cultural, <br />historic, or natural significance as listed in "An <br />inventory of Sites of Cultural, Historic, Recreational, <br />Biological, and Geological Significance in the <br />Unincorporated Portions of Orange County" or "Inventor <br />of the Natural Areas and Wildlife Habitats of range <br />couzity, North Carolina ". The type of buffer required in <br />those cases shall be determined by the Planning Director <br />based on individual site evaluations. <br />
