Review of environmental documents <br />Section 3.1.1 "The County Planning Department shall transmit <br />to the state clearinghouse..." This section needs a time <br />table. The document should be transmitted within one week <br />of receipt. <br />Section 3.1.1 Third line frbm the end: "the Planning <br />Department shall transmit with the Environmental Impact <br />Statement any additional information..." <br />Replace "shall" with "may ", and delete "with the <br />Environmental Impact Statement." <br />The County Planning Department should transmit the document <br />to the state according to a timetable (immediately or within <br />one week) and if there are any other documents they wish to <br />transmit they should do that later, i.e. not hold up <br />transmission of the documents to the state while they <br />assemble various information they would like to include. <br />
