Concept plan► #M2r=mrd Submission <br />Submittal of a Conce t Plan is not mandatory but is advisable <br />in most cases , partic3alarly where access easements are <br />needed. Conce t Plan review can reveal any aspects of the <br />ro'ect which are inconsistent with standards of the <br />Subdivision Regulations. In addition com lete information <br />on what will be recruired for Final Plat approval can be <br />provided through the review process. The review process also <br />permits reconsideration or redesign-of the project prior to <br />si nificant investment by the subdivider. <br />Prior to the submission <br />gohai 1 may submit to the <br />the Concept Plan of the <br />submitted, the Concept <br />with the specifications <br />forth in Section V -B of <br />of the Final Plat, the subdivider <br />Planning Department two (2) copies of <br />proposed minor subdivision. If <br />Plan shall be prepared in accordance <br />for Concept Plan drawings as set <br />this Ordinance. <br />� Cif P40n 5JA'*4 -i be ubm to Upon submission of .a <br />Concept PlanL the Planning Department •..hie shall review the <br />Concept Plan for general compliance with the requirements of <br />this Ordinance and the Zoning Ordinance, if applicable, and <br />shall, advise the subdivider or his /her authorized agent of <br />the regulations.pertaining to the proposed subdivision, of <br />any changes required in order to comply with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, and the procedures to be followed in the <br />preparation and submission of the Final Plat. <br />The Planning Department shall complete its review of the <br />Concept Plan within fourteen (14) days'of submission by the <br />applicant.
